Interlocking results from market research and media analysis
To assess reputation, many companies interview their stakeholders. META Communication International provides such companies the possibility to integrate the results of the survey into the measurement of media image with the aim to achieve a comprehensive picture with regard to the company's reputation.
META Communication International integrates factors identified as relevant to reputation in the course of the survey into the media analysis and thus identifies both concurrences and discrepancies in the perception by stakeholders and media. At the same time, the relations between output level (media image) and outcome level (perception by stakeholders) are analysed.
The Integrated Reputation Balance
- determines the success of communication measures regarding media relations work on the output level
- measures the company‘s reputation regarding the perception by reference groups on the outcome level
- relates the results of both levels to each other in terms of effect and identifies discrepancies between the image in the media and the reputation among target groups
- allows for a reputation management focus on aspects relevant to action.
